Bright & Duggan Property Group are looking for a proactive and driven Finance Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team located at Alderley, Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented team of professionals in an exciting and expanding Group.

The purpose of this position is to assist Bright & Duggan to provide an advanced level of support to our clients regarding Strata Finance across all buildings.
About the Role:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Attending to client enquiries both via phone and email
- Financial statement reviews
- Sort scan and upload invoices
- Invoice data entry
- Process daily deposits of cheques
- Daily bank reconciliations and payment run.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role - desirable but essential.
- High level of attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting software packages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent corporate presentation and a great, team focused personality
