A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Strata Manager to join to our Central Coast Team, based in our Terrigal branch. The position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm weith a dedicated lunch break from 12:30pm until 1:30pm.
You will manage your own strata portfolios including (but not limited to) the preparation of meeting notices & minutes, facilitating repairs & maintenance, liaising with the executive committee & owners, ensuring compliance with the Acts & building strong client relationships and chairing general meetings.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of STRATA MANAGERs, strata assistants & administration staff.
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:
• A minimum of 12 months experience as a Strata Manager;
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & demonstrated ability to use these skills for negotiation;
• Well developed time management skills & accuracy/attention to detail;
• Mimimum of a current Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence or working towards with a willingness to complete within 3 months;
• Reliable car & current NSW drivers licence.
