Strategic Client Executive, Rx Solutions

Various Locations: Raleigh NC, Atlanta GA, Saddle Brook NJ, Detroit MI, Minneapolis MN, Dallas TX, Chicago IL and St. Louis MO

Rx Solutions works in partnership with the client’s benefits team, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), and finance team to support program strategy, drive member engagement and create savings. We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Strategic Client Executive.

The MMA Rx Solutions Strategic Account Executive will be involved in the sales and renewal process as well as serve as the main point person for their assigned MMA regional field offices on post-sale implementation and client support as it relates to the MMA Rx Solutions approach. The position will also assist in working with our internal & strategic partners to ensure MMA Rx Solutions’ client deliverables are met.

We will count on you to:

Be the main point of contact for all new MMA opportunities and prospects

Lead trainings with MMA field force on a regular basis focusing on clinical or industry topics

Present consulting model with pre-renewal meetings

Visit MMA offices throughout assigned regions

Complete final review and approval of all reporting needs before submission to MMA account teams depending on client type and scale

Provide final review of all new ASA agreements and, if needed, work with Carriers/PBMs for all corrections before client signoff

Hold weekly regional team meetings with CM and analyst to review open client needs

Serve as point of contact for billing setups for all new MMA Rx Solutions clients

Review all reporting from carriers/PBMs with full regional team, and including clinical pharmacist if needed, prior to submission to MMA teams

Work cross functionally across all regions within the organization to achieve operational alignment and consistency across the MMA Rx Solutions approach.

Educates field on understanding and aligning MMA Rx Solutions capabilities to meet client’s goals and objectives.

Builds/maintains strong working relationships with MMA field and strategic partners while holding them accountable to deliverables and deadlines

Works with internal and strategic partners to ensure reporting, presentations and reviews are completed timely and accurately for existing MMA Rx Solutions’ clients.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent career experience required

A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ direct experience in pharmacy, PBMs, or related industries. ,

Current Life & Health licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

In-depth knowledge of PBM contracts, or pharmacy from a clinical perspective or extensive experience in analysis and negotiations related to pharmacy manufacturers and products

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Capable of maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding client and company data and information
