One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Strategic Business Architectto deliver core infrastructure across digital platform stacks. You will also work closely with stakeholders to look for opportunities for technology improvements. The role can be based from Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide as well as remote work as flexible working arrangements are available. The successful Strategic Business Architectwill be offered a contract until June 2024 with a 6 month extension option.
The successfulStrategic Business Architectwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Assessing the alignment of existing technology strategies
- Monitoring trends and developments in the external technology environment
- Proposing new solutions and initiatives to meet the strategic needs of the business
- Using architectural models and processes to facilitate changes in business processes and business systems
The successful Strategic Business Architectwill have experience in the following:
- Experience preparing material for technical and non-technical audiences
- Good experience and knowledge of maturity assessments and business analysis
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture best practices
- Ability to support best practices methods and tools for architecture
