Our client is seeking a Western Australian experienced planner to join their team as a Strategic Planner and steer your career towards new heights.In this role, you'll be an integral member of the Strategic Planning team, focusing on managing and delivering a wide array of Strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical lead on intricate projects and proposals.
- Offer innovative solutions to clients' challenges.
- Prepare reports for Tribunals and Planning Panels.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as needed.
- Assist project teams in achieving exceptional outcomes.
- Generate reports and written advice for strategic planning projects, including strategy plans, master plans, and development applications.
- Actively contribute to business development initiatives to foster growth.
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning within Western Australia.
- Tertiary qualification in Planning.
- Proficiency in Western Australian Planning systems and legislations.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and mediate agreements between conflicting parties.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Team player mindset with adaptability and a thirst for learning.
