We have a unique opportunity for a Strategy Analyst to join our team based in the Pyrmont Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in data analytics but also thrives on collaborating with different stakeholders across all areas of our business.
As a key player within our Strategy team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping business decisions and keeping senior management abreast of external market trends and our business performance.
We're seeking a naturally curious individual eager to constantly learn and evolve, with a knack for fostering strong relationships.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead the execution of the strategic market update.
- Monitor and track external market developments and communicate the opportunities and risks for John Holland.
- Analyse and forecast internal performance, highlighting risks and opportunities and making recommendations.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop and test potential strategic opportunities for the business.
- Supporting and tracking strategic initiatives for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board Committees.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years in a similar role.
- Bachelor of Commerce or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to generate insights and relate these back to company performance.
- Able to successfully coordinate the development and delivery of programs of work (incl. demonstrated project management skills).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
