- Located in the heart of Sydney's creative and innovation and technology precinct

- Analyze current intranet infrastructure, considering its compatibility with emerging technologies like ServiceNow and Workday ERP.
- Assess content migration feasibility from intranet to ServiceNow or Workday, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
- Evaluate staff experience ecosystem, aiming to enhance usability and functionality of the intranet platform.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy encompassing business, governance, technological, and ownership aspects of intranet redesign.
- Conduct stakeholder consultations to gather insights and requirements for intranet redesign and future-proofing.
- Research best practices in intranet design and implementation to inform strategic decision-making.
- Formulate collaboration strategy for internal and external stakeholders, addressing diverse communication needs across locations.
- Identify technological solutions for collaboration, considering data privacy, cyber security, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
- Continuously monitor and adapt strategies to evolving technological and organizational needs, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Proficient in writing comprehensive strategy documents, demonstrating clarity, coherence, and strategic insight.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive the strategy forward, exhibiting initiative and leadership qualities.
- Experience in engaging with and presenting to senior executives and Heads of departments, possessing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of strategy development and presentation.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with technology ecosystems, with a focus on human-centered design principles to enhance staff experience.
- Thorough understanding of cyber security and data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Knowledgeable about governance frameworks relevant to intranet and collaboration systems, emphasizing accountability and risk management.
- Awareness of industry trends and advancements in collaboration technologies and intranet design, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Adaptive and forward-thinking mindset, able to anticipate and adapt to the evolving landscape of collaboration and intranet systems.
