About the opportunity:

As a member of the Education team in the Faculty of Science and Technology, you will be supporting a wide range of administrative functions which enable the success of SciTech’s diverse student cohort.

Working with a small, supportive team as one of several Student Advisors, you will be the primary point of contact for Faculty-specific course advice and student enquiries, which includes providing student support and administration through every stage of the academic lifecycle.

With a strong stakeholder focus and an appetite for collaboration and inclusion, you will be responsible for case‐managing and resolving student enquiries from prospective and current students, as well as supporting academic staff with student- and teaching-related queries.

Your duties will include admissions and credit applications, enrolment advice, creating and amending study plans, interpreting university rules and procedures, assessing student progress and making recommendations to senior staff members.

If you have student-facing experience, skills interpreting guidelines and policies, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, then this position has it all.
