The Student Services/Administration Assistant is a member of the front office team and responsible for providing efficient and effective, high quality, accurate and timely administrative support.
We are looking for an individual who can:
- Provide general administration support to the College.
- Monitor student absences with accurate data input skills.
- Look after student housekeeping and care including lost property management, ensuring correct sign in and sign out process is followed, care for students in sick bay.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email; assist in answering front office calls.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office with warmth and compassion.
- Actively support the beliefs and ethos of the College.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in providing excellent customer service and office administration skills, preferably in an educational environment.
The role is part-time, working Thursdays and Fridays (15.2hrs/week).
