This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills to support the function of our high-performing Subdivision team. A part of the Building & Planning department, the Subdivision Team is known in the industry for its customer service excellence. About you
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Business Administration qualification or 2-3 years minimum experience in an administration position
- Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Exceptional customer service, organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and document management systems (ie: Sharepoint)
- Proven ability to be an effective team player and able to also work autonomously
- Attention to detail and a quick learner
