About the Role
We are looking for experienced Superintendent with stations background to work on our complex civil/rail project in Perth, Western Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team of supervisors and/or subcontractors and accountable for managing the interface and delivery requirements with other work areas, disciplines and project functions.
- Ensure a safe work environment is provided at all times and the safety of all employees is managed
- Supporting and providing input into the development of work packs and understanding the deliverables across all functions.
- Ensure the company’s HSE standards are understood and upheld at your workplace and proactively deal with HSE and concerns
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with the client quality requirements and Australian standards / codes.
About you
- A relevant trade qualification combined with significant construction delivery experience in the construction/infrastructure industry
- A collaborative style of leadership and effective communication both written and oral
- Have excellent client interface, coordination, time management and safety leadership skills
