- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Building or associated discipline;
- Hold a valid and current Plumbing Contractor’s Licence issued by the Plumbing Licencing Board of Western Australia (must include Water, Drainage and Sanitary);
- Construction Safety Induction Card;
- Working at Heights Ticket or willing to obtain;
- Current unrestricted "C" class motor vehicle licence;
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of building compliance (including electrical and mechanical) legislation, and the ability to interpret standards and codes;
- Strong awareness and knowledge of safety issues relating to the operation of equipment in the installation/maintenance of works in a busy, people filled environment;
- High level of knowledge, experience and performance in budgeting and expenditure management;
- High level of knowledge and performance in project and contract management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships; and
- Ability to manage and prioritise individual work responsibilities to achieve target outcomes.
