The Opportunity
CITIC Pacific Mining requires an experienced Supervisor - Facilities and People Logistics to join our Facilities and People Logistics team at Cape Preston, This is a full-time role on a 8/6, day-shift roster, FIFO from Perth.
The Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent – Facilities & People Logistics you will manage the performance of the Village contractors by overseeing the housekeeping, catering and cleaning work to be carried out on the site. You will develop and build a relationship with the service provider to achieve the best possible service delivery outcomes and recommend appropriate process improvements where identified.
The Requirements
We seek applicants with a frontline management experience as well as experience managing facilities in a remote location.
The following experience / skills are required for the role:
- Contract management
- Audit compliance
- Food safety compliance and legislation
- Project Management and SAP (PM module) experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to supervise, lead and motivate teams is a necessity
