Our Engineering Construction division at Monadelphous provides large scale, multidisciplinary project management and construction services through specialised business units. From concept and completion through to hand over, we provide services and solutions for major construction projects in all phases of development.
Due to Monadelphous’ continued growth our Engineering Construction division is extremely busy with current and upcoming projects arising across a diverse range of sectors including Iron-Ore, Lithium, Rare Earth, and Gold. We are seeking highly skilled Electrical QA/QC Inspectors to join our team and contribute to the success of these exciting resources projects.
We have various opportunities available that will entail either 2:1 (FIFO) and 5:2 (DIDO) rosters during the construction phase. This arrangement ensures that you will have a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to the project's success.

What you will bring
Previous experience in a similar QC Inspector position within the resources sector
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar Inspector position within the resources sector
Current WA Electrical Worker’s License
Electrical trade qualification
Hazardous Areas qualification
Sound working knowledge of Australian and international standards and codes
Highly competent ability in computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
Valid Australian Driver’s License
