About the role
We are currently seeking a Supervisor with Stations/ Buildings experience to join us on the Byford Rail Extension Project.

Key responsibilities
- Supervising teams of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Laing O’Rourke’s health, safety and environmental rules and regulations.
- Supervising multi-disciplinary utilities works scope, ensuring that all site works are carried out in accordance with approved designs and requirements.
- Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an open dialogue of communication.
- Preparation and input to monthly and weekly reports.
About you
- Previous experience in a Civils Supervisor role, ideally with experience working with a Tier 1 construction company
- Proven experience leading and working on multiple large-scale projects
- Ability to demonstrate a safety-conscious approach to your daily work along with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Lead from the front and encourage collaboration between your team and other departments to allow the best outcomes for the project
- Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of issues are crucial to your ability to interact effectively with the broader team and stakeholders.
