Welcome to Group Enablement

Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We're the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data, and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins, and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts, and revolutionise the customer experience.

What will I be doing?

​​​​​​In this role you'll be ​​​​​​supporting the management of a portfolio of key technology partner relationships. While the role has a support remit across all partner management activities, the role has a particular focus on all aspects of supplier performance management. This primary responsibility ensures our partners deliver services to the contracted quality, consistently and reliably.

  • Reviewing partner self reported service achievements and validate they are aligned to contracted quality requirements

  • Own and manage service levels processes and procedures and administer in a consistent and effective manner with a continuous improvement lens

  • Where necessary, drive supplier performance improvement plans in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

  • Supporting all activities across the Supplier Relationship Management framework across technology stakeholders.

  • Development of strong collaborative relationships with Strategic Partners

  • Support partner governance initiatives and ensure compliance to relevant enterprise frameworks

What will I bring?

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in IT
  • A strong understanding of service level performance management and reporting
  • Highly collaborative stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
  • A strong desire to develop a career in the IT commercial field
