Wavertree Farms is a vertically integrated farming operation that grows, packs, and distributes fresh vegetables daily to multiple customers. Barden Produce consists of multiple farming operations, along with production and dispatch facilities. These operations are to work together as a team to provide fresh, high quality produce in a timely manner to their customers.
The Position:
We are currently seeking to fulfill an Supply and Distribution Position within our growing Agribusiness. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. While this position is somewhat flexible, early morning starts (6am-7am) are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working on stocktakes, transport plans to ensure warehouse doesn't spill over capacity requiring use of third party warehousing.
2. Working with inhouse tranport and third party transport to coordinate stock to customer distribution centres.
3. Effectively maintaining and processing purchase records for inbound stock.
4. Working with forklift crew instructing loadout plans.
5. Ensuring all outbound consignments have the correct and appropriate label requirements to meet customer specification.
