Supply Chain Analyst, Telco - 6M Contract

We have (6-Month Contract) Supply Chain Analyst role available. 

This role operates specifically in Inventory Management.

You will have a major focus on doing Reconciliation in Oracle ERP as 70% of your time will be spent doing Transactions in Oracle ERP / Desktop Reconciliation.

You will require advanced MS Excel skills as you will manage 10,000 lines transacted every month. 

You will be managing External Delivery Partners,  asking for Information and missing Data - so excellent stakeholder engagement skills, communication skills and relationship building skills will be required.

You will drive the success of the Inventory Management team’s objective to control and manage inventory throughout the organisation and external partner Supply Chain network.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Reconciliation Experience in Oracle ERP (ideal)
• Able to do Transactions in ERP (Essential)
• Desktop Reconciliation Experience (Essential)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Essential)
• Inventory Management experience including understanding the fundamentals of Inventory Optimisation (Essential)
• 5-10 years relevant Supply Chain/ Logistics experience (Essential)
• Telco or other relevant industry experience (Preferred)
• Analytical Supply chain/logistics experience or education / certification (Essential)
• Commercial negotiation/ Reconciliation experience (Essential)
• Advanced ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)
• Familiar with analytical tools and High level analytical skills (preferred)
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, finance &/or relevant analytics field (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
