Objectives:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager- NSW, the position is primarily responsible for setting up and supplying accurate information to the operation team and other internal stakeholders to enable seamless and smooth processing of orders, change management, inventory transactions and reporting. It’s a hands-on role across all the Supply Chain departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generate and maintain accurate part numbers in the ERP system in a timely manner
  • Create and complete physical spec folder/ job bags for production use
  • Process incoming sales orders and ensure they are correctly completed to allow generation of accurate Work Orders
  • Create and maintain of (Billing of Materials) BOMS and routes
  • Track orders using the ERP system VISUAL and SMART views
  • Raise Purchase Orders (PO’s), in accordance with the approved guidelines
  • Respond to all enquiries by external and internal customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate the scheme approvals for required artworks
  • Liaise/ coordinate with Sales team, production team and various other departments as required
  • Run and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports using agreed reporting tool
  • Set up and monitor SLA and Stock reports for the customer parts, reviewing weekly and placing purchase orders as required
  • Manage all stock takes, investigate and report on any discrepancies
  • Work with the warehouse on reducing obsolete stock and stock variations within the warehouses and point of use areas
  • Work closely with Supply Chain staff: assist in coordinating daily Supply Chain services whilst performing daily Order Management duties
  • Provide back-up/ 2IC support to the Supply Chain Manager and or other Supply Chain staff as directed or when on leave while still undertaking Supply Chain Coordinator core duties
  • Provide back up support to other Supply Chain staff as directed or when on leave while still undertaking Supply Chain Coordinator core duties. This role may involve physical elements, manual lifting from 5 – 20 kgs, so a good level of fitness is required

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in the Supply Chain/ printing/ manufacturing/ production environments
  • Sound analytical skills to identify trends or problems
  • Knowledge of business processes and procedures (Supply Chain)
  • Highly motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Developed organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise, allocate, or delegate tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy and can work autonomously with little supervision
  • The ability to communicate to all levels of the business and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of ABCorp products and services (will be an advantage)
    Able to problem solve and have a proactive approach to resolving/escalating issues
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level ERP systems and MS Suite of products (is essential)
  • Results driven work ethic with resilience to deal with challenges and a passion for providing quality service
