Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
- Generate stock transfer purchase orders to draw in components required for production from external warehouses according to production plan
- Generate purchase orders for direct delivery of components from suppliers
- Raise production orders and book in production for all
- Generate manual batch sheets in excel
- Provide visibility of bill of material compliance by reviewing production cost analysis with the Supply Chain finance manager
- Coordinate cycle counts and stocktakes with the required personnel, including stock in blocked status. Collate results for processing in SAP.
- Ensure rework is included in the production plan and processed on a regular basis
- Receipt materials in a timely manner in SAP
Profile
The successful candidate for the Supply Chain Coordinator role will ideally have the following key skills & qualities:
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain / Logistics role (Planning/Coordinator)
- Background in manufacturing
- Experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical background - Good SAP experience, knowledge of ERP/MRP and Microsoft applications desired.
- Prior experience in Production Coordination
- Good knowledge and understanding of invoicing and Purchase order processes
