We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Officer with a strong focus on compliance and governance to join one of our clients.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of change activity plans
- Support stakeholder understanding of change activities and their role in delivering the end outcome
- Relevant Procurement Strategic Plan activities completed on schedule
- Effectively participate in meetings/communications and workshops with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve a positive outcome
- Administer the ongoing procurement document control process and ensure documents are updated in a timely manner
- Provide procurement and administrative support services in accordance with business requirements
Experience Required
We are seeking applications from candidates who bring:
- Technical writing (procurement policies and procedures)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Change Management/ Documents management experience
- Process Improvement experience
- Procurement experience
- Experience managing suppliers
- Sound written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in systematic business improvement processes
- Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and achieve tight deadlines
