We are currently looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our team for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and logistics operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, this role plays a crucial role in communication with ANZ and Global Supply Chain and will focus on ensuring ANZ has the appropriate inventory to support the Commercial team demand.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supply Chain / Inventory support:
- Monitor intransit shipments to the region - update reports.
- Help with data transfer between ICU and 3PL.
- Input data/maintenance/monitor the internal Supply Chain systems (Oracle).
- Manage inventory discrepancies / exceptions within Oracle.
- Coordinate with CS/Commercial on stock available for allocation to Backorders.
- Day to day management of 3PL issues
- Review Open order and resolve issues on time and ensure Oracle data aligns with 3PL’ s report.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the Supply Chain role in ANZ.
Logistics:
- Manage all import activities and deliveries/returns from/to 3PL (distributor) and customers. Ensure compliance requirements with ICU QMS, including internal and external audit.
- Manage inbound notifications and communicate to broker on delivery arrangement.
- Manage Export shipment document.
- Manage any Stock take requirements with 3PL.
The ideal candidates must possess:
- Tertiary qualified in business or related discipline
- Ability to work autonomously & excellent communication skills
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English a must
- Minimum 2 years experience in the supply chain, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry. (3+ years preferred)
- Experience with Oracle (or equivalent) is preferable
- Excellent Microsoft Office computing skills – Specifically excel in Excel.
- Ability to think out of the box and get the job done while still abiding by the regional regulations

- Demonstrated ability to organise tasks and provide timely outcomes.
