About the Opportunity
Permanent full time opportunity for an experienced Supply Systems Administrator based in Henderson WA. This role will support our Supply Team with internal and Government compliance by ensuring all data and transactions are mirrored within our retrospective systems (MILIS). To be successful in this role you will have working knowledge of the MILIS system and excellent prioritisation, organisation and time management skills.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the alignment of the systems:
- Peers in the Supply Systems Team
- Procurement team
- Warehouse team
- CASG
- Auditing Departments
- Commonwealth Supply Chain organizations including CASG, JLU-W and other SPOs
Provide administrative support to the Supply Team in governance and replication of inventory:
- Accurate data entry of Control transactions into MILIS;
- Creation of purchase orders, receipting, returns and stocktaking;
- Preparation and collation of all required reports as directed by the Supply Systems Coordinator;
- Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external personnel.
About you
- 2 years minimum of demonstrated experience in the use of MILIS;
- The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external staff, as well as key stakeholders;
- Familiarity and working knowledge of ERP systems;
- Experience in a logistics role;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong time management skills
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
