About The Role
Operating as one of our contact points within our IT team, you will be required to provide analysis and administration support for all aspects of our Banking Systems.
Please note, this role does have the potential to be called in for any out of hours scheduled and unscheduled duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and/or escalate both client & internal user enquiries in a timely manner
Maintain and configure user access
Assist in the evaluation, co-ordination, design, testing and implementation of new and existing Banking System functionality
Analyse and interpret other Business Unit requirements utilizing the Banking Systems product features and capability
Configure the Banking System to support the Bank’s processes and workflows
Collate and deliver Statistical Reporting to the appropriate internal team
About You
As well as having excellent problem solving, time management & communication skills, you will also need to:
Be self motivated and able to work efficiently & effectively, both independently and within a team
Contribute to problem solving initiatives & innovations aimed at enhancing the Bank’s capabilities
Be available for any out of hours scheduled or unscheduled duties
A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
