About the Role:
As a Support Coordination Administration Assistant, you will be a vital part of our mission, delivering top-tier support in Coordination Administration. You’ll assist our fantastic Support Coordination team with various administrative tasks, act as a key point of contact for our wonderful clients and stakeholders, and ensure we stay compliant with NDIS policies and funding frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives in Support Coordination Administration and intake.
- Provide essential administrative support to keep our team running smoothly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering positive and impactful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop new work methods and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Manage simple projects with clear and measurable milestones.
- Execute Level 2 Coordination of Support activities—understanding plans, connecting with supports and services, and reporting to the NDIA.
- Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of NDIS policies, pricing guides, and legislation.
- Maintain precise and accurate case notes and records in our systems.
- Ensure client goals and preferences are communicated effectively to service providers.
- Manage service bookings with flawless precision and efficiency.
Work Hours:
- Monday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
This schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break each day, totaling 22 hours per week.
About You:
- Qualifications: Qualifications in Business Administration are desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, a commitment to person-centered practices, and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
