We have current vacancies in the Joondalup,Butler and Armadale offices. It is an 18 month assignment, possibility to be extended based on business needs. Pay rate is $37.36/hr. You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for these roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve participant matters in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Provide counter/reception support, assist participants with enquiries, and refer them to appropriate services.
- Manage email, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure facilities are accessible for participants.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and perform data entry.
- Receive and record complaints and feedback.
- Experience in administrative support preferred.
- Basic research and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing email and appointments.
- Ability to handle complaints and feedback with professionalism.
- Must be an Australian citizen.
