About the role
The Red Cross Emergency Services program aims to support individuals and communities to cope with and manage the psychosocial impacts of emergencies.
In this position, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the delivery of Emergency Services by providing efficient business support, with a specific emphasis on finance operations. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting Emergency Services' business and financial processes, ensuring their effectiveness during various phases, including disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
What you will bring
Administration experience, with a focus on supporting finance operations
Prior experience in providing business support
Flexibility, strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to details
Proven highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities with competing demands
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
Knowledge and proficiency in use of software applications, including Excel, databases, mobile/tablet applications and Microsoft suite of programs
Working with children check (blue card) & Driver's License are essential

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Hourly rate from $36.01000 + casual loading + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
