We are looking for someone who would like to join the Isa Surface Operations team in a Support Officer position on a permanent, part-time basis. Reporting directly to the Superintendent Workshop, this position is residentially based in Mount Isa. It provides a work life balance with flexibility to work around your lifestyle to support any commitments you may have outside of work.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing general administration support for your department and key stakeholders
• Ordering supplies and services maintaining cost discipline
• Collating and organising information for use in Sap, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain and control entry of master data of input of workshop information
• Maintaining data and processing waterjet recoveries

About you:

• Demonstrated efficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint
• The ability to learn an ERP software package (such as Ellipse and SAP)
• Excellent customer service delivery and organisational skills
• The ability to meet set deadlines and prioritise activities where required
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience as an administration assistant or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded
