- Deliver exceptional personalised care based on customer needs and schedule
- Support daily living activities, health management, personal goals, and community engagement
- Value feedback for continuous improvement in your role and business processes
- Support Workers must be available to work 24/7 at our accommodation sites
About you:
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or related field.
- Proven experience in supporting independent living.
- Strong judgment and ethical values.
- Demonstrated care plan expertise.
- NDIS Disability Worker Screening Check cleared.
A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement). A pre-employment assessment will be required as part of our recruitment process.
