What does this offer entail?

Joining our workforce solutions team provides access to diverse working hours. Currently, there is a notable demand for overnight shifts and early morning schedules.

How can you make a difference?

Your role will involve empowering clients to reach their goals, offering support in areas such as wellness, household management, meal preparation, personal care, and assisting with daily activities like shopping or social outings.

What are the prerequisites?

We are seeking individuals who relish working with people, possess a commitment to meeting client needs, and exhibit the following:

• Strong availability and flexibility
• Exceptional communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a positive mindset
• Recognized relevant qualifications and experience.
• Possession of a registered vehicle and a valid driver’s license

All applicants must be open to obtaining mandatory screening clearances, such as NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card or Exemption, and a First Aid Certificate.
