About the Role:
Permanent part-time opportunity with guaranteed hours depending on your availability
Experience variety by visiting clients in their homes within the Deloraine/Westbury areas
Preferred availability from Monday to Friday (7 am start) and occasional availability over the weekends
Benefit from a base hourly rate of $29.85 (plus superannuation, Km's reimbursement, salary packaging)
We welcome applicants with Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent.

Who We’re Looking for :
We are seeking compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated individuals who have a genuine passion for helping others with a key focus to provide high-quality person-centred care across all facets of support services along such as personal care showering, grooming, dressing and feeding.
To do so you will need to have the following:
Understanding of and a passion for working with the elderly
Minimum of Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent)
Medication assist module is desirable
Current drivers licence
A registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
Confidence in using different forms of technology such as a smart phone or tablet
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain
A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
Flexible approach to your availability and open to being rostered within work hours of 7.00 am - 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday- Availability on a Friday is essential for this role.
