Answer phone calls to the Taronga Foundation, providing callers with exceptional caller experience.
Respond to supporter emails in a timely manner, resolving and managing supporter queries and requests.
Processing of donations, resolving all follow ups, ensuring accuracy and adhering to compliance and quality standards.
Data entry into Foundation’s ThankQ /Salesforce database, including (but not limited to) appeal, zoo parent and ad hoc donations processing and updating donor information.
Manage the the fulfilment of welcome packages, including but not limited to receipts, printing adoption letters from the database, packing the packs and delivering the packages to postal collection.
Admin support across all areas of fundraising in the Foundation.
Work effectively as a member of a high performing team, to assist Taronga
