Job Title Sustainability Advisory ManagerJob Description Summary The Sustainability business unit is responsible for the delivery of sustainability services including energy, waste, water and supply chain management to Cushman & Wakefield’s client accounts, as well as other direct clients. This role will be a key position within our sustainability strategy & client advisory team.Job DescriptionAs a member of team, this Sustainability Strategy Manager role will deliver sustainability services as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s integrated facilities management and Asset Services contracts with key clients as well as contribution to team mentoring and quality control. The role has responsibility for:About the Role.Working independently to deliver and oversee sustainability’s Strategy & Client Advisory services in a manner consistent with contract objectives and client requirementsDevelop new business opportunities for Sustainability by: Building and maintaining networks with appropriate organisations including target businesses, industry associations, government departments and agencies, consultancy services, and suppliers in support of C&W business development objectivesRepresenting Sustainability in dealings with existing and prospective clients to support the identification of new business opportunitiesContributing to the preparation of high-quality business development materials and proposals to obtain new business in support of our bids teamProvide team leadership and facilitate delivery of quality workProviding leadership and representation of the sustainability strategy & client advisory teamAbout YouGraduate qualifications in environmental science, engineering or related disciplineGreater than 6 years demonstrated experience in sustainability program design and deliveryDemonstrated experience in team management and leadershipKnowledge of relevant energy, carbon waste, water and wellness management frameworks, programs, legislation, regulations and standardsDemonstrated experience in the delivery of sustainable outcomes within the built environmentA commercially minded individual who understands how to balance sustainability and business objectives, and make the business caseExcellent project planning, management and organisational skills to support the prioritisation of workload and deliverablesNegotiation and influencing skillsWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;
