What You Will Be Doing
We currently have casual positions available to join our friendly team at main reception cover leave on night shift and be the first contact for patients and visitors to Peninsula Health and Frankston Hospital, this multi-faceted role is responsible for dealing with phone and reception desk enquiries.

• Assist visitors and staff with directions in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Demonstrated ability to operate the Switchboard and other relevant software associated with this role.
• Able to calmly deal with internal and external emergency calls/respond codes
• Assist with patient enquiries over the phone or in person
We anticipate you will have:
• Basic Computer Skills
• Polite and considerate in dealing with others.
• A strong understanding and experience with customer service
• Previous Switchboard / Reception experience
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and public holidays
