Your Role
In your new role, you will lead a team of Payroll Officers, overseeing the preparation, payment and associated tasks of the Civeo Payroll. Collaborating closely with the Payroll Manager, you'll delegate tasks within the Payroll team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
You will also be responsible for responding to and investigating all payroll queries, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure employee satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise in ADP Payforce, Oracle HCM and Kronos software, you'll lead the preparation and processing of the fortnightly payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and enterprise agreements.
Additionally, your ability to provide payroll reports and collate payroll information for management will contribute to informed decision-making and budgeting processes.
About You
Dedicated to maintaining payroll accuracy, your strong leadership skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software will be essential in driving payroll excellence within our organisation.
With a minimum of 3 years of dedicated payroll experience, proficiency in ADP Payforce and a strong understanding of employment legislation, your excellent customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills make you an ideal candidate to join our team at Civeo and make a meaningful impact on our payroll operations.
