Australia’s largest specialty retailer group are looking for an immediately available Senior Payroll Super Star to join their Payroll Team on a 6-week assignment with potential to extend! They are the proud owner of four iconic brands - Super Cheap Auto, Rebel, BCF and Macpac who are dedicated to servicing their highly engaged and loyal employee base.
As a Senior Payroll Officer you will be reporting directly to the Group Payroll Manager.
About the role:
- Manage high volume of inbound payroll enquiries, maintaining appropriate response and resolution times.
- Process high volume end to end payroll on a weekly basis.
- Onboarding new starters, updating leave balances and status adjustments.
- Ensure that payroll information sent to external bodies is protected.
- Manage a high volume of electronic file uploads and distribution, emails, and templating as required.
- Adhere to compliancy and payroll delivery processes.
- Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders and provide an excellent service to employees and colleagues.
About you:
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high volume payroll environment.
- You have a high attention to detail and have experience in a weekly or fortnightly payroll.
- Experience with Preceda payroll software is advantageous.
- You pride yourself on your impeccable communication, both written and verbal.
- Building relationships comes naturally to you with your customer centric attitude.
