The Opportunity

As the System Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the vehicle maintenance systems that supports our fleet operations. This position requires a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures, software systems, and excellent organizational skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the vehicle maintenance software system to track vehicle repairs, maintenance schedules, and cost analysis
- Create and maintain maintenance schedules in maintenance management system for all Centurion Fleet
- Maintain employee labour setup for all workshops in the maintenance management system
- Maintain and document user controls for maintenance management system
- Create, maintain, store and update training material for the maintenance management system
- Provide training and support to the maintenance teams on how to use the vehicle maintenance system effectively
- Provide new start-ups with access to guides and in person training
- Provide Admin Managers regular reports regarding staff activity/behavior for auditing purposes
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the vehicle maintenance process
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of Workshop operations
- Effective time management and self-discipline
- Strong service orientation and related skills
- Computer literacy - Fleet Computer System and Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and Procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow all company policies
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
