System Administrator – Maintenance

As the System Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the vehicle maintenance systems that supports our fleet operations. This position requires a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures, software systems, and excellent organizational skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the vehicle maintenance software system to track vehicle repairs, maintenance schedules, and cost analysis
• Create and maintain maintenance schedules in maintenance management system for all Centurion Fleet
• Maintain employee labour setup for all workshops in the maintenance management system
• Maintain and document user controls for maintenance management system
• Create, maintain, store and update training material for the maintenance management system
• Provide training and support to the maintenance teams on how to use the vehicle maintenance system effectively
• Provide new start-ups with access to guides and in person training
• Provide Admin Managers regular reports regarding staff activity/behavior for auditing purposes
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the vehicle maintenance process

Skills & Experience

• Working knowledge of Workshop operations
• Effective time management and self-discipline
• Strong service orientation and related skills
• Computer literacy - Fleet Computer System and Microsoft suite
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and Procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow all company policies
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
