Role : System Administrator
We are seeking a well-rounded and motivated individual to join our IT service delivery team. As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of business IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining M365 and AWS infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implementing best practices for cloud infrastructure and our internal desktop management, including networking, storage, and virtual machines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable solutions on cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud services and IT systems.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
- Provide a superior level of technical support with a positive and confident approach via telephone, email, and remote screen sharing.
- Solve, reproduce, debug, and diagnose issues.
- Share knowledge with colleagues, make changes to existing procedures and documentation.
- Configure, and maintain servers, hardware, and software systems.
- Manage user accounts and access to network resources.
- Perform system performance monitoring and tuning to ensure optimal performance and security.
About You:
- Minimum two years of experience as System administrator or similar role.
- Proven experience in managing M365 and AWS cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networking, and storage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Microsoft Server Administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience in network Administration.
- Your expertise is not just technical; you have strong communications and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical documentation in an easily understandable way.

- Experience with VoIP technologies is highly desirable.
