About the role
A typical day as a System Builder / Technical Support will involve:
- Assembling our gaming and business systems
- Testing and troubleshooting hardware
- Applying and returning warranty claims to our suppliers
- Light warehouse duties
About you
The ideal person for this role will have extensive and advanced hands-on PC building skills and a strong knowledge of PC components and troubleshooting.
To be considered you will need to possess:
- Current and comprehensive knowledge of PC hardware
- Excellent cable management
- High attention to detail
- Commitment, punctuality, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
- A strong passion for the PC gaming and hardware scene
