Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join the dynamic team. As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver robust solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and Intune environments for clients.
- Deploy and manage AWS, VMware, and Veeam solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of client systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and implement appropriate measures to enhance security posture.
- Provide technical expertise and support for networking solutions.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ideally, experience within a Managed Services Provider environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and Intune administration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, VMware, and Veeam technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Certifications in Microsoft and networking space (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, etc.).
- Familiarity with Fortinet networking technologies and certification is preferred.
- Azure or AWS certification is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
