Reporting to the COO, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of technical systems. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality technical support to customers and clients, and assisting with data analysis and exploration, reporting and insights, data security, and project support. This role is suited for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and is keen to see their technical skills make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment.
About You:
You bring 2-3 years of experience in a tech-focused role, with hands-on expertise in API/Integration and IoT technologies. You are hands-on and enjoy overseeing tasks end-end, along with interacting with customers, developers, and management. Your background includes working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and you're well-versed in DevOps, including tools like Kubernetes and Azure DevOps. You understand the software development lifecycle and are ideally skilled in using version control systems such as GitHub. Your ability to analyse and visualise data sets you apart, and your strong communication skills enable you to demystify complex technical concepts for various audiences. You are self-driven, adept at managing relationships across the board, and thrive in fast-paced settings.
