About You :
- Tertiary education in IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Position Summary :
As a Service Technician your main duties will be providing first tier support to clients, troubleshooting and maintenance, and contributing to various in-house programming projects.

Job Responsibility :
- Perform first tier troubleshooting with break-fix support requests
- Be responsible for task / ticket budget adherence
- Escalate technical issues as appropriate
- Attending to technical issues as delegated, and when assigned
- Supervision of other team members including peer reviews of work
- Responding to client update requests in a timely manner
- Maintaining adequate level of technical proficiency in core technologies
