Systems Administrator

About the Role:
As a Mid-Level Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 support across a diverse range of technologies. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Microsoft 365 and on-premises SharePoint support. We are seeking someone who excels in dynamic environments, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and is passionate about staying updated with the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for various technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and offer on-premises SharePoint support.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in providing Level 2 and Level 3 support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft 365 and on-premises SharePoint.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting a broad variety of technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
