Your New Role
As the System Analyst in our Technology, Corporate Platforms team, you will partner with business teams and external vendors for the delivery of supported solutions. This role is responsible for development and support of the current Finance, HR and Risk applications and integration with third party vendors.
In this role you will;
Ensure all configuration changes to be planned and documented before implementation;
Adopt DEVOPS set of principles to enable design, delivery and test system enhancements and new systems;
Develop and maintain close business system owner engagement for the delivery of BAU initiatives and Level 1 and 2 production support of systems;
Develop and maintain close Vendor Software engagement for the delivery of BAU initiatives and Level 1 and 2 production support of systems.
How do you exceed our expectations?
You will have experience working in a similar role (superannuation or financial services knowledge is highly desirable) along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
In addition, you will have;
Strong document writing skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate into application and operational requirements;
Experience supporting business corporate platforms such as Risk Platforms, HR Platforms or Finance Platforms;
Experience with Archer and Cornerstone platforms (desirable);
Experience implementing ITSM; and
The ability to influence stakeholders.
