In the role of Systems Coordinator, you will provide support to Project Managers in relation to Business Systems and coordinate the implementation of uniform systems/initiatives and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of these systems. You will be the point of contact for safety, environment and quality related issues at the local operational level.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the uniform implementation of various systems, including but not limited to Highway 21, Environment, Quality and Safety and ensure they comply with standards.
Manage the continuous improvement of operational systems and processes across the Operations Centre for compliance with standards.
Provide advice and operational assistance to Project Managers, and staff on systems issues.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards will be required throughout the State.
Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's license or equivalent.
Criminal history screening will be conducted on the recommended person for the role.
Desirable qualifications and conditions
It is highly desirable but not essential for applicants to be certified, or have equivalent qualifications, or experience in the following areas:
Internal Auditing
Level IV Workplace Health and Safety
