AddressLime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department to recruit a Systems Coordinator contract for 12 months based at Gaven on the Gold Coast and working from home.
In the role of Systems Coordinator, you provide support to Operations Manager, Resource Manager and Project Managers in relation to Business Systems and coordinate the implementation of uniform systems/initiatives and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of these systems. The position incorporates core duties to be undertaken within the role, and also undertakes a number of roles/tasks as directed by the Operational Manager and Resource Manager.
In this role you will:
- Provide advice to Project Managers, Supervisors and Project Systems Representatives on system issues.
- Provide operational assistance to Project Managers, Supervisors and Project Systems Representatives on all matters relating to systems implementation.
- Local support and information for systems.
- Mentoring and coaching staff in the use of various systems eg. WIN, Civil Pro, H21
- Advise staff of process and system updates. This information is collated using Highway21 What's New, Safety and Environmental Content Updates, Technical Publication News, Safety Alerts and Briefs etc.
- Review, advise and endorse Project Management Plans eg. Overarching, Site Specific and Single Project Plans.
- These reviews include Risk Management, Safety, Environmental, Traffic Management and Procurement Plans etc and, look at document sections/appendices to ensure they are completed and contain correct information, consistency between plans, spelling, grammar etc. Review subcontractor Quality Management Plans for suitability against MRTS50 Specific Quality System
- Maintain Quality, Safety, Environmental Policies and Accountability documents display within depot and notify stakeholders of updates and distribute.
- Participate in system projects as invited by Subject Matter Experts.
- ChemAlert senior administrator for the depot and product groups. Creating access to ChemAlert for new administrators and coordinate the reviews of the client's system.
