Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships by liaising with managers, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project specifications, requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Stay ahead with regular tracking of construction project milestones and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completions.
- Offer insightful recommendations to managers on project strategies, encompassing scheduling, staffing, and resource optimization.
- Execute tasks delegated by the manager, consistently delivering updates that illuminate the project's progress and insights across all facets.
- Actively engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, coordinate with architects, workers, and other relevant parties to orchestrate a seamless and successful project journey from start to finish.
- Proactively identify potential changes and associated risks, promptly reporting to managers with actionable mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure optimal performance from all involved parties, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Gather and analyze pertinent data from various project facets, effectively managing construction project documentation.
- Upon project completion, write project report to share experiences and shortcomings with the manager and the team, and provide suggestions for future improvements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- at least 6+ years of work experience in the construction industry
- At least 3+ years of working experience in construction project management/ construction project administration.
- At least held bachelor's degree which highly relevant to construction/engineering.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Flexible working on modified schedules and alternative hours to meet project deadline requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English languages.
- Proficient in computer operation, including but not limited to proficient use of office software (such as Microsoft Office suite), email, and other applications
- Strong learning and adaptability skills, capable of working under high pressure environment
Additional Information:
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Familiar with knowledge and skills in the engineering field.
