Step into the role of a Field Engineer and become the tech maestro of onsite support, where your expertise in Level 2+ troubleshooting is the key to our success. Your mission: to navigate the bustling office landscape of Southbank Melbourne, and beyond.
You’ll be the wizard of hardware refreshes, the guru of break/fix support, and the architect of device management, from iPads to iPhones. With autonomy to drive solutions both in the field and remotely, your days will be filled with diverse challenges and learning opportunities.

- Tech Support Virtuoso: Deliver Level 2+ onsite support and handle escalated tech challenges.
- Hardware Hero: Perform hardware maintenance and break/fix support with finesse.

- Road Warrior: Embark on site visits across various locations
- Device Whisperer: Masterfully enroll, configure, and manage a variety of devices.
- Solo Troubleshooter: Independently resolve complex software and hardware issues.
- Windows Wizard: Expertly install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems.
- Remote Support Specialist: Provide stellar customer support, both onsite and from afar.
- Project Contributor: Aid in project tasks, from PC builds to software deployment.

Your Skills & Experience:- IT Industry/Vendor related certifications
- Demonstrated experience in providing onsite support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Azure AD & Active Directory, Intune, Office365, Sharepoint
- Meraki, Wireless, DNS/DHCP, knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot networks
- A demonstrated focus on customer service excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to provide leadership in customer service and customer communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Possess and maintain current Working with Children Check
- Hold a valid VIC Drivers License
