Your New Challenge:
We are looking for a visionary IT professional skilled in designing and deploying solutions that maximize the strengths of Microsoft, Linux, and Palo Alto Firewalls. Your Core Responsibilities:
- Excel in a dynamic environment balancing Business As Usual (BAU) and project tasks, demonstrating exceptional self-organization and time management.
- Lead the management and enhancement of our core application platforms across Wintel, Linux, and Network.
- Utilize a process-driven approach for in-depth analysis and strategic problem resolution.
- Demonstrate expert-level troubleshooting skills and logical thinking, taking complete ownership of resolving complex issues across all infrastructure systems including Windows, Linux, Network, Security, and Backup.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A seasoned IT professional with at least 10 years of experience, particularly excelling in roles that demanded innovative problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Expertise in Palo Alto technologies (PCNSA preferred) or significant experience with Palo Alto solutions, with a command over advanced networking and server/network security architecture.
- Proficiency in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows Server, and cloud architectures, especially in AWS and Azure. Familiarity with Terraform is highly regarded.
- A champion of automation and scripting (Bash/Batch/PowerShell), with a track record of employing these skills to streamline operations.
- A strong foundational understanding of ITIL frameworks, coupled with a relentless drive for continuous learning and embracing new technologies.
