About the Opportunity
Therapy Pro has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our warm & welcoming People & Culture team. This is done with the autonomy to Work from home that gives you the chance to structure your day to suit your lifestyle. This role provides the successful candidate influence over key outcomes in a progressive virtual organisation. You will be the first point of contact for people joining Therapy Pro which provides a strong platform to a great work experience for our team alongside being incredibly personally rewarding.
About You
- Our ideal candidate would have 18-months previous experience within the Allied Health NDIS market and a strong presence on LinkedIn specifically within our target employee market.
- You feel confident utilising our ATS (JobAdder) ensuring recruitment activity is conducted with accuracy while effectively recording and maintaining our recruitment pipeline and talent pool.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence that allows you to develop powerful relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- You can quickly build rapport and trust with those around you while delivering our unique Employee Value Proposition that differentiates us within the NDIS allied health market.
- You are flexible in your approach to working and able to utilise a broad range of recruitment channels and strategies to source and identify candidates including static and targeted advertising.
- You have experience with recruitment reporting and delivering key messages to internal stakeholders including our executive and leadership team.
- You have experience in screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability whilst being warm and personable to market our brand to prospective employees.
